Building Resilience In Campus Community (BRICC)

Substance misuse. Harm reduction. Recovery support.

Building Resilience In Campus Community

BRICC, part of Campus Health Services, works with both campus and community partners to put evidence-based strategies into action. Their goal is to support every student—whether you choose to stay substance-free, want to make safer choices while using, or are in recovery—by creating a supportive, judgment-free environment across campus.

UofL Health leaders share their thoughts on our mission, vision and values for the system.

What is Resilience?

The Ability to Bounce Back

At the heart of resilience lies our capacity to bounce back, learn from experiences, and grow stronger for tomorrow.

Effective Coping

Resilience holds the key to locking in our strength to cope with stress and better navigate life's challenges.

A Valuable Skill

Resilience matters whether one chooses to consume alcohol or other substances or not - it's a strength that serves every individual and the community as a whole.
